Start / End Phase
Mid Phase
Use a weight that allows you to
control the exercise with strict form suited to your training goals. Stand in
the powercage facing a mirror so you can observe your technique
Position your neck underneath the bar
and step on to the Calf block with the first third of your foot
Take a shoulder width grip on the bar
and lift the bar off the rack leaning forward si it rests onto the powercage
Inhale, then exhale whilst standing
up on your toes until you feel a good stretch in your calf muscles
Inhale whilst lowering your heels
until are below your toes and you can feel a good stretch in your calfs
