About fitness.uk.net fitness.uk.net started out in 2005 simply as an online store of information. The owner and creator of the site, Gareth Marshall wanted somewhere to store the knowledge of training and nutrition that he had accrued. As the site built up with more information being added it was decided to use it to create a free resource for anyone looking for information on diet and nutrition. It was then re-structured to make it easier to use for people browsing the web. After several requests for diet and training programmes to be supplied via the Internet the site was expanded to include this service. At this point, extra resource was required and so additional fitness instructors were brought in to meet the demand. fitness.uk.net are based in the Worcestershire area and provide personalised diets & training. We have access to a panel of 8 WABBA qualified fitness instructors to create our diets & programmes and provide email support. We also have access to the resources at WABBA which means we can help with advanced nutritional and training requirements with their expertise and guidance to help us out. Our trainers are all passionate about the benefits of health and fitness. They love training and they love eating healthily and they love life in general and live it to the full which is what we encourage our clients to do! All our fitness instructors work in the fitness industry, some as personal trainers, some as fitness instructors and some as sports and fitness coaches. fitness.uk.net is constantly developing with more information being added. The Recipes and Food database section are being added to weekly at the moment and the site is constantly being reviewed to make it as simple to use and as interesting as possible. Our goals are simple - to provide you with the knowledge you require to achieve your goals. We attempt to present only the facts you need. There are 1000s of diet and nutrition websites available today which offer you 1000s of different products and diets but we cut through the jargon and present you with the ONLY way to safely lose weight and tone up - and keep the weight off for good. The system that has been used by athletes and fitness trainers for years.
