Awesome Sundae

Preparation time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
-
1/2 cup skimmed milk
-
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-
2 cups frozen banana slices
-
4 tsp low fat chocolate syrup
-
2 tsp chopped nuts
-
2 cherries
Directions:
-
Pour skimmed milk into blender.
Add protein powder and blend on high speed for about 15 seconds
-
Add frozen banana slices and blend
on high speed for 45 secs or until smooth
-
Spoon into 2 dessert bowls, top
each sundae with 2 tbsps chocolate syrup, and a cherry
