Ingredients:

450 g (1 lb) lean steak, cubed

2 cups fresh or tinned tomatoes
-
2 cups cabbage
-
4 carrots
-
2 cups diced potatoes
-
2 cups green beans
-
1 small onion, cut into chunks

Tomato juice
Directions:
-
Cut the steak into cubes
-
Cook the meat until tender in 1-2
tbsps of low fat oil
-
Combine all vegetables with cooked meat, season with 1 tsp
salt

Simmer for 1 hour - keep checking and add the tomato juice in
small amounts if more liquid is required
