Chicken Ceaser Wrap

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

1 portion grilled chicken breast, sliced

1 cup lettuce cut into small pieces

1 tbsp low fat ceaser salad dressing

1 tbsp reduced fat parmesan cheese, grated

1 spinach tortilla

Directions:

  1. Mix chicken, lettuce, caeser dressing and parmesan

  2. Microwave tortilla for about 20 secs to soften. Spoon chicken mixture onto tortilla

  3. Wrap tortilla around filling and cut in half

  4. Enjoy!
