Fish Oils Fish oil is found in fattier types of fish such as Salmon or mackerel. This oil is rich in a type of fat called Omega-3. How do fish oils work? Scientific study has conclusively revealed that eating large amounts of fish oil seems to reduce the risk of diabetes.
