Whisk egg whites & egg, milk,
flour and sugar substitute in a mixing bowl
Lightly coat a pan with one cal
spray and place over medium heat
Pour half of the crepe batter into
the pan, quickly lift and tilt the pan to spread the batter. return to heat.
When edges of crepe are dry carefully flip it over and cook until lightly
browned
Place crepe on a plate and repeat
with remaining batter
Use a small mixing bowl to combine
the yoghurt and protein, mix well and divide the filling into two portions and
spoon into crepes. Tope each with half of the berries. Fold crepe over the
filling
