fitness.uk.net Training Programmes
This section explains how we personalise our Training Programmes to YOU and your goals. When you order a training pack via the site you will be emailed a medical & health screening form and a client resource form to enable us to personalise a program for you. The medical & health screening form is important so we can design a safe program for you. The client resource form gathers information about your training experience and facilities and helps us identify:
Where will I train? The programme we design will take into account if you are training at home or at a gym. You can train wherever you feel most comfortable as long as you have the correct equipment. See our Home Training section for information on what equipment you need to train from home. How much weight should I use when training? This will depend on your level of experience, strength and goals. It will vary for different type of training as will the amount of sets and reps of any particular exercise. To calculate what weight you should start using we will get you to perform 1 Rep Max (1RM) testing as part of your first training session. Please see the Training Techniques section to see how this works. How will I know how to do the exercises? fitness.uk.net have created a Training Guide section where over 70 weight training exercises are presented in profiles with information on what level of trainer should attempt the exercise, what equipment you will need, the exercise technique and pictures of the start and end phase movements. the Training Techniques and Advanced Training Techniques sections will give you the knowledge you need on how to train. We strongly advise that if you are going to train for a specific goal that you also get your diet right to compliment your training. Please see here for information on how we personalise our diets. We will design a training program to complement the diet plan which will help you set targets to achieve your goals. This will be specific to you and will usually involve cardiovascular and resistance or weight training. The training plan should be followed for 8-12 weeks before your progress is reviewed and a new program should be followed. It is important to vary your training routine at least every 12 weeks as your body will adapt to the exercise. To find out more about our training techniques then please visit the Training section. To see example plans we have constructed please see the Diets/Programmes section. Summary The Training Programmes that we produce at fitness.uk.net are tailored to your individual training experience, ability and are designed to achieve your goals when used in conjunction with an appropriate diet. fitness.uk.net supply personalised diets and training programmes via this website.
