Grilled Salmon
Ingredients:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 180c
-
Place potatoes on a baking sheet
and wrap them in foil, bake for about 45 minutes or until tender
-
PREHEAT GRILL TO MEDIUM
-
Squeeze lemon over fillets and
brush with olive oil. Place salmon on grill and cook until opaque throughout,
about 5 mins per side
-
Lightly coat pan with one cal
spray and place over med-high heat. Add mushrooms and saute until wilted, a bout
3 more minutes
-
Place a portion of salmon on a bed
of spinach along with the potatoes, squeeze remaining lemon over salmon &
spinach
-
