Kick Start Breakfast

Preparation time: 10mins

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg

  • 1 portion oat bran flakes

  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk

  • 1/4 cup of raisins

Directions:

  1. Lightly coat a pan with one cal spray and place on medium heat

  2. pour egg whites and egg into pan, as eggs begin to set use a spatula to lift cooked portion. Cook until set

  3. Place scrambled eggs onto small plate, put cereal in bowl pour on milk and add raisins

  4. Enjoy!
