Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites

  • 12 ounces wholegrain spaghetti

  • 4 tbsps soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise

  • 1 green onion chopped

Directions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to directions on packet

  2. Store in refrigerator overnight

  3. Grill onion in  anon stick pan

  4. Grill cold spaghetti with the egg whites in a skillet

  5. When egg turns white, add mayonnaise and soy sauce

  6. Cook for another 3 minutes

  7. Enjoy!
