Power Shake

This is an excellent way to get a quick meal and supply of nutrients. High in protein and high in complex carbohydrates, this takes less than 60 seconds to prepare in a blender - a serious trainers mid meal!

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Protein Powder (enough for at least 35g protein)

  • 500ml skimmed milk

  • 100g Oats

Directions:

  1. Mix powder and milk and oats in blender for 15 seconds

  2. Enjoy!
