Spanish Omelette
Ingredients:
Directions:
-
Lightly coat a pan with one cal
spray and cook chopped potato over medium high heat until cooked (about 10mins)

Whisk egg, egg whites and skimmed
milk. Add chilli powder cumin and pepper and blend.

Lightly coat a frying pan with one
cal spray and place over medium heat, as eggs set use a spatula to lift so
uncooked egg flows underneath
-
When eggs are set but still moist
add the salsa. Fold omelette over filling.

Place omelette and potatoes on a
warmed plate
-
