Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients:

1 pound ground turkey breast
-
2 egg whites
-
1 small carrot, finely grated
-
1 stalk green onion chopped
-
1clove garlic
-
1/2 tsp oregano
-
2 tbsp wholegrain bread crumbs
-
extra breadcrumbs from wholegrain
bread
Directions:
-
Mix all ingredients
-
Form into 1inch diameter
balls, roll into breadcrumbs
-
Pan fry over low heat in a
pan sprayed with one cal spray
-
Turn until brown and the centre is
cooked
-
Serve with wholegrain pasta
-
Enjoy!
