Turkey Sandwich

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp fat free mayonnaise

  • 2 slices wholegrain bread

  • 2 lettuce leaves

  • 1 portion turkey breast, sliced

  • 1/2 tomato sliced

Directions:

  1. Spread mustard or mayonnaise evenly over bread slices

  2. Top one slice of bread with lettuce, turkey & mayonnaise

  3. Stack the other slice of bread and then cut sandwich in half

  4. Enjoy!
